Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon.
The selected candidate will assist international customers with travel-related queries, bookings, service requests, and issue resolution while maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international voice support.
- Assist customers with travel-related bookings, queries, and service issues.
- Provide accurate and explicit solutions to customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Meet process quality and performance requirements.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice BPO experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
