- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their individual needs and care plans.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheter care, IV cannulation, specimen collection, and other procedures within the scope of practice.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, treatments, and emergencies.
- Observe patients for changes in condition and immediately report significant findings to the physician or senior nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing records, patient charts, medication records, and handover notes.
- Follow medication-safety procedures and hospital protocols.
- Maintain infection prevention and control practices at all times.




- Ensure patient safety, comfort, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medications, treatment, hygiene, nutrition, and discharge instructions.
- Assist with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and handover procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the nursing station, patient areas, instruments, and equipment.
- Ensure adequate availability and proper storage of medicines, consumables, and nursing supplies.
- Participate in emergency response and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, doctors, and other members of the healthcare team.
