Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for industrial automation products such as bearings, belts, couplings, gears, and other related components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recent business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships in the power industry.
- Provide technical expertise on product offerings to customers and internal stakeholders through presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy development.
Job Requirements :
- 22-26 years of experience in industrial automation sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of bearings, belts, couplings, gears, gear design, transmission planning & transmission systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
