Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, provide suitable solutions, and drive sales conversions. The role involves lead generation, customer counselling, consultative selling, follow-ups, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
- Conduct sales consultations and guide prospects through the decision-making and purchase process.
- Manage leads from initial interaction to conversion and closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, payment, onboarding, and successful closure.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.





Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 15 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, B2C Sales, Business Development, Counselling, Customer Success, EdTech Sales, or Customer-Facing roles.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Robust sales acumen and consultative selling approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong follow-up, relationship management, and customer handling skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
