Responsibility 1: Software & Systems Management

* Strong working experience with Australian accounting software, including:

o Xero

o MYOB

o QuickBooks Online

o HandiLedger

* Ability to manage and reconcile data across multiple accounting systems.

* Support system migrations and software integrations when required.

Responsibility 2: Full-Cycle Accounting Management

* Manage complete accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP),

Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll.

* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end

closings.

* Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and IFRS.

* Provide financial reports, analysis, and insights to senior management to support

business decisions.

Responsibility 3: Quality, Compliance & Team Leadership

* Train, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff.

* Maintain team discipline, productivity, and professional development.





* Lead and support the accounting team while fostering a positive and collaborative

work setting.

* Ensure adherence to Australian accounting standards, taxation requirements, and

internal quality controls.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
