Job Title: Plant HR / Factory HR Executive

Job Summary

The Plant HR / Factory HR Executive is responsible for managing all human resource activities at the factory level, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, grievance handling, and administrative support. The role ensures smooth HR operations and maintains a positive work workplace while supporting production and business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory workforce, staff, supervisors, and contractual employees.

· Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely closures.

· Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.

· Maintain employee joining documentation and personnel files.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination





· Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records.

· Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate salary processing.

· Verify attendance reports, overtime sheets, and statutory deductions.

· Maintain employee leave and attendance records.

Employee Relations & Engagement

· Address employee grievances and maintain harmonious industrial relations.

· Conduct employee counseling sessions and disciplinary proceedings when required.

· Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

· Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.

Statutory Compliance

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.

· Coordinate statutory requirements related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Gratuity.

· Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation.

· Support audits and inspections by government authorities.
