Jewellery E-Commerce Manager – International Market

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our jewellery business across international markets, primarily USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day international e-commerce operations and online jewellery sales.
- Manage website, product listings, pricing, inventory and online merchandising.
- Develop strategies to increase international sales, traffic and conversion.
- Manage marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media campaigns.
- Analyse sales, conversion, ROAS, customer behaviour and other e-commerce KPIs.
- Research international jewellery trends, competitors and customer preferences.




- Coordinate with production, logistics and customer service teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention and repeat purchases.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in E-Commerce / Online Sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury or fashion.
- Experience handling international markets is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify / WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, Google Analytics, SEO and digital marketing.
- Robust analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong understanding of international online consumer behaviour and e-commerce sales.

Salary: As per experience + performance incentives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
