As a Product Trainer for our national consumer electronics distribution business, you will serve as the official face and voice of 16 premier global brands. You will deliver high-impact product training, live retail demonstrations, and brand presentation experiences to retail partners, corporate clients, and channel sales teams. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires executive presence, exceptional command over English, and continuous mobility across retail environments and trade expos.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Product Training & Enablement: Design and deliver engaging training modules for store staff, channel partners, and internal sales reps across all 16 brand portfolios.

2) In-Store Demos & Customer Engagement: Conduct high-touch, live product demonstrations at partner stores, retail counters, and client locations to showcase flagship features.

3) Expos, Trade Fairs & Partner Events: Represent the distribution house and partner brands at national trade fairs, partner meets, brand launches, and industry expos.

4) Market & Retail Alignment:



Visit retail outlets continuously to ensure display standards, brand positioning, and product knowledge align with luxury brand guidelines.

5) Feedback & Competitor Intelligence: Gather field insights, retail staff feedback, and competitive intelligence

TRAVEL & FIELD MOBILITY

1) Pan-India Mobility: Frequent inter-city and inter-state travel for retail store visits, training bootcamps, trade shows, and brand activations.

2) Local Retail Coverage: Daily/weekly local travel for store-level demos and staff briefings. *Must possess a personal two-wheeler for efficient local transit.*
