Job Title: Night BnB Manager & Booking Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Night BnB Manager & Booking Sales Executive to manage night operations, handle guest communication, and drive direct bookings. The role requires excellent coordination, customer service, and sales skills to ensure smooth overnight operations and high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Night Operations & Guest Management
- Handle guest check-ins, late arrivals, and night-time requests
- Monitor property operations during night hours
- Ensure house rules and quiet hours are followed
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance for urgent issues
- Resolve guest complaints calmly and professionally

Booking & Sales Handling
- Manage bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com, website, and direct inquiries
- Respond to calls, WhatsApp, emails, and OTA messages promptly
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Update availability, pricing, and calendars
- Upsell room upgrades and extended stays where possible





Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain night shift reports and booking records
- Share handover notes with the day team
- Track occupancy, cancellations, and no-shows

Requirements
- Experience in hotel, Airbnb, serviced apartments, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/other languages a plus)
- Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach
- Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
- Basic computer skills (OTAs, Excel, WhatsApp, email)
- Ability to handle pressure and emergency situations
