Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEOs calendar, emails, and meetings to streamline focus on strategic priorities
- Acting as a point of contact across departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution
- Identifying process gaps and implementing efficient systems and SOPs




- Handling business reporting and performance tracking across Sales, Marketing, Tech, and HR
- Resolving operational issues and managing crises with agility
- Overseeing resource planning, logistics, and inventory for internal operations and events
- Supporting team culture and internal communications
- Reducing the founders involvement in day-to-day operations through proactive ownership
