ABOUT THE COMPANY

Neuron Power LLP is engaged in the manufacturing of MPP-SH capacitors for fans, motors, pumps, air conditioners, washing machines, submersible panels and other electrical applications. We are looking for an experienced, technically competent and process-oriented Quality In-charge for our manufacturing plant at Kundli, Sonipat.

JOB SUMMARY

The Quality In-charge will be responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring the complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control system across incoming materials, manufacturing processes and finished products.

The selected candidate will ensure that all capacitors are manufactured and tested in accordance with approved specifications, internal quality standards, customer requirements and applicable regulatory standards.



The candidate must possess relevant experience in capacitor manufacturing and strong practical knowledge of quality systems, process controls, testing, documentation, root-cause analysis and continual improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control function of the capacitor manufacturing plant.
- Establish and maintain incoming, in-process and final inspection systems.
- Prepare and implement quality plans, inspection standards, SOPs, work instructions and control plans.
- Ensure compliance with approved product specifications, drawings, samples and customer-specific requirements.
- Inspect incoming raw materials, including MPP film, aluminium cans, plastic casings, wires, terminals, chemicals, oils, resins and packing materials.
- Verify supplier test certificates and coordinate material testing before production approval.
- Approve, reject or hold incoming materials based
