About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Pre-Sales Executive to join our Sales Development Center (SDC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Effectively pitch the company's products and services to generate interest.
- Maintain accurate and verified lead information in the CRM.
- Perform basic pricing and discount calculations while interacting with prospects.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead qualification targets.
- Ensure high-quality data management with strong attention to detail.
