Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle for data analytics consulting projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Develop detailed project plans, including problem scoping, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget estimation.

Define clear success criteria and prioritize project requirements to ensure project closure aligned with client expectations.

Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
