Role Overview

As a Tele Caller, you will be the front-line voice of our company. You will engage potential and existing clients over the phone to introduce our products and services, generate sales leads, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

*Key Responsibilities*

Outbound Outreach: Conduct calls to prospective and current clients to present product/service offerings and generate interest.

Lead Generation & Sales: Follow call scripts, handle basic objections, highlight product benefits, and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.





Customer Support: Answer inquiries courteously, resolve basic concerns, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Data Management: Keep accurate logs of calls, update client records in the CRM/system, and adhere to internal workflows.

Target Achievement: Work proactively to hit individual daily/monthly targets while contributing to overall team goals.

*Qualifications & Skills*

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a confident, polite phone voice.

Sales & Persuasion: Aptitude for building rapport, explaining product benefits, and overcoming basic objections.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic computer operations, phone dialers, CRM software, spreadsheets (MS Excel/Google Sheets), and email.

Work Ethic: Highly punctual, target-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced team enviro
