Project Operations Head – HieLife

Full-time | ₹30,000–₹50,000/month (depending on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Operations Head to manage end-to-end residential home technology projects—from project handover to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution, planning, and site operations
- Manage cross-functional teams and manpower
- Coordinate materials, installations, and schedules
- Handle client communication and escalations
- Track project timelines, budgets, quality, and productivity
- Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:
- 3–8 years’ experience in residential projects, interiors, MEP, electrical, construction, or home automation
- B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent
- Solid leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excel experience required; Zoho ERP preferred

Experience in home automation/interiors/construction is preferred.
