Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales and business development of OTR/TBR Tyres in the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks for channel expansion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and increase market share.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Conduct product promotions and market activation activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales of Tyres, Batteries,



Automotive Products, Engineering Goods, Lubricants, or related industries.
- Robust experience in dealer network management and channel sales.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Result-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to prepare sales reports, MIS, and analyze sales data.
