We are hiring for Process Specialist (Syndicated Loans )- Bangalore.

- Job Location: Bangalore

- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, BBA, MBA, or related discipline
- Designation: Process Specialist .
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in syndicated loan operations, loan servicing, or financial data operations.
- Shift : Willingness to work for any shift (24*5)
- Notice Period: Looking for immediate to 30 days .

Role Summary:

Responsible for processing and maintaining syndicated loan data on the application platform, ensuring timely and accurate capture of loan events, pricing, and reference data while meeting client SLAs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process syndicated loan transactions
- Update loan facilities, borrower/lender details, commitments, and amendments
- Validate information from legal documentation, agent bank notices, and market sources
- Maintain database with high accuracy and timeliness




- Perform quality checks and resolve exceptions
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives

Skills Required:
- Understanding of syndicated loans, capital markets, financial documentation interpretation, data quality management, leveraged finance, and loan lifecycle events such as amendments, repricing, refinancing and maturity extensions
- Knowledge of loan events such as drawdowns, repayments, amendments, repricing, assignments, and rollovers
- Strong research, analytical and data validation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret financial/legal documents
- Problem-solving mindset
- Positive communication skills with an ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under deadlines by taking ownership and accountability
