*About the Role*

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive – Air & Ocean Export to join our Freight Forwarding team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling export shipments, coordinating with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and internal stakeholders while ensuring seamless shipment execution and exceptional customer service.

*Key Responsibilities*

Handle end-to-end customer service activities for Air Export and Ocean Export shipments.

Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers (CHA), and internal teams.

Prepare and provide timely, accurate, and competitive freight rate quotations.

Track export shipments and proactively update customers on shipment status.





Coordinate booking confirmations, vessel/flight schedules, and shipment documentation.

Manage export documentation, including Shipping Instructions (SI), Bills of Lading (BL), Air Waybills (AWB), Shipping Bills, and other export-related documents.

Resolve customer queries, shipment delays, and service-related escalations promptly.

Ensure smooth coordination with operations and documentation teams for timely shipment execution.

Maintain accurate shipment records in ERP/CRM systems.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, export regulations, and customer requirements.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships while delivering high service standards.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

*Candidate Requirements*

Graduate in any discipline.

3–6 years of experience in Air & Ocean Export Customer Service within a freight forwarding or log
