Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and independent
Content Writer & Script Writer
with a strong academic or professional background in
Journalism or Mass Communication
. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing, research, storytelling, and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to independently manage content from
research and ideation through scripting, writing, editing, and final execution
.

The candidate will be responsible for developing clear, engaging, well-researched, and audience-focused content across multiple formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop content ideas based on assigned topics, objectives, and target audiences.
- Independently manage the complete content lifecycle —
research, ideation, outlining, writing/scripting, editing, and finalisation
.
- Write engaging and well-structured scripts for courses, videos, presentations, social media,



and other content formats.
- Develop long-form and short-form written content while maintaining accuracy, clarity, consistency, and brand tone.
- Translate complex concepts into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, designers, and video/content teams for content execution.
- Review and edit content for grammar, structure, flow, factual accuracy, and overall quality.
- Ensure content is aligned with the intended objective, audience, format, and communication style.
- Take ownership of assigned content projects and ensure timely completion with minimal supervision.
- Incorporate feedback effectively and make necessary revisions within timelines.
- Maintain consistency in language, tone, terminology, and content standards across all deliverables.
- Stay updated with relevant content trends, storytelling formats, digital platforms, and audience preferences.
