Key Responsibilities

Own Our Social Presence
- Build and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, client and property launches, along with business goals.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Ensure every piece of content reflects Quattro Spaces’ fun, relatable, and customer-first brand personality.

Create Content That Stops the Scroll
- Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, and community content that drive engagement.
- Brainstorm and create fresh content formats including Reels, carousels, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-based creatives.
- Turn everyday moments, every milestone, every update into content that people genuinely want to watch, save, and share.

Drive Campaigns & Collaborations
- Strategies seasonal campaigns, client launches, brand partnerships, and performance marketing initiatives through impactful storytelling.
- Coordinate with influencers and creators to execute campaigns and maximize reach.
- Work closely with design,



performance marketing, CRM, and product teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.

Coordinate Shoots & BTS Content
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and align shoots for office spaces and project sites.
- Followup with Photographer/Videographer so that deliverables are aligned on time.
- Visit sites to capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content, workplace culture, and authentic brand moments.
- Transform on-ground experiences into engaging digital stories that showcase Quattro Spaces’ personality.

Stay Ahead of Trends
- Keep a pulse on internet culture, social media trends, platform updates, memes, and consumer conversations.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing (freshers with robust portfolios welcome).
- Actively built content on personal platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or similar).
