Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and GCP, along with a good understanding of modern web development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and Node.js.

Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services.

Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB databases, queries, and data models.

Deploy, manage, and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Work closely with UI/UX designers and other developers to implement functional and user-friendly solutions.

Identify and troubleshoot application, API, database, and performance issues.

Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

Implement authentication, authorization, security, and data protection best practices.

Optimize application performance, scalability,



and reliability.

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

Understand project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Required Skills:

3+ years of professional experience in web/full-stack development.

Solid proficiency in React.js.

Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.

Good knowledge of MongoDB, database design, indexing, and query optimization.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud deployment.

Strong understanding of JavaScript/ES6+.

Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.

Good understanding of Git/GitHub and version control.

Knowledge of responsive web development and modern frontend practices.

Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalability.

Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
