Role & Responsibilities
- Estimation & Costing: Prepare Estimates, BOQs, Rate Analysis, and costing for civil/road works.
- Billing & Documentation: Prepare, verify, and certify RA Bills, Final Bills, Measurement Sheets, and Quantity Statements.
- Project Planning & Progress: Plan project activities, manpower, materials, and equipment; monitor progress against schedules. Monitor project quantities, variations, deviations, and cost implications.
- Site Supervision: Supervise contractors/sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality execution. Conduct site inspections to identify road maintenance, pavement, drainage, and other civil requirements.
- Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management updates. Coordinate with NHAI/Government Authorities, Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to applicable MoRTH, IRC, and NHAI specifications, along with quality and safety standards.
- Operations & Maintenance:



Manage road/highway construction and O&M; activities, including routine and periodic maintenance.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Roads/Highways, preferably with exposure to NHAI, BOT/DBFOT/HAM, or toll-road projects.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven hands-on experience in Road & Highway Construction, O&M;, Estimation, Billing, Quantity Surveying, and Project Planning. Solid familiarity with MoRTH / IRC / NHAI specifications is preferred.
- Technical & Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (knowledge of project planning software is an added advantage).
- Key Traits: Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to travel to project sites.
