Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP Service Management implementations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Design and configure SAP Service Management processes based on business requirements.
- Configure and support:
- Service Orders
- Service Notifications
- Service Quotations
- Service Contracts
- Service Confirmations
- Service Billing
- Warranty Management
- Installed Base Management
- Equipment and Functional Locations
- Service-related master data
- Configure service order types, item categories, status profiles, partner determination, pricing, billing, and other relevant settings.
- Work on integration of SAP Service with SAP SD, MM, FI/CO and other relevant modules.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
- Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for development and integration requirements.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT, defect analysis, and resolution.
- Support data migration, cutover, go-live,



and post-go-live/hypercare activities.
- Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Conduct knowledge-transfer and user-training sessions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and cross-functional SAP teams.

Mandatory Skills
- SAP Service Management / SAP S/4HANA Service
- End-to-End SAP Service implementation experience
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Service Orders
- Service Notifications
- Service Contracts
- Service Confirmations
- Service Billing
- Warranty Management
- Installed Base / Equipment Management
- Hands-on experience in SAP Service configuration
- Solid understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go
