As an Sr. Accountant, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing day-to-day accounting operations using

Tally Prime.

2. Maintaining books of accounts, sales ledger, purchase, receipt, journal entries, branch ledger reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.

3. Preparing and filing GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and performing monthly GST reconciliations.

4. GST Reconciliation & ITC

5. Calculating TDS, payment and filing quarterly TDS returns (Forms 24Q & 26Q).

6. Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor payments and customer reconciliations.

7. Processing monthly payroll and coordinating salary disbursements.

8. Preparing MIS reports, fund flow statements, and other financial reports for management.

9. Assisting in the preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statements, and audit schedules.

10. Coordinating statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, STPI, and supporting internal and statutory audits.

11. Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

13. Handling credit card transactions and card payment reconciliation

14. Managing vendor payments, credit notes, and reconciliation of vendor accounts.

15. Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Key Responsibilities:
- General Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and cost center accounting in Tally / ERP systems.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely computation, filing, and compliance for GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Reconciliation), TDS/TCS, and Income Tax returns.
- Financial Reporting & Finalization: Assist in month-end/year-end closing of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and audit schedules.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), vendor ledger reconcil
