Role Description
The Graduate Trainee role at PInterview is a full-time remote position designed to provide hands-on exposure to the operations of an online interview preparation platform. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting the coordination and scheduling of online mock interviews, assisting with user onboarding and basic customer support,



and helping maintain accurate records of sessions and feedback. The Graduate Trainee may contribute to content preparation and documentation, collect and organize user data and insights, and collaborate with internal teams to improve platform processes and user experience. This role offers structured learning opportunities, mentorship, and progressive responsibilities to help trainees develop professional skills and understand the online education and career consulting space.
