Role Description
: We are looking for an
Operations Trainer
who can train, coach and enable our Field Executives across India.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience in field operations
- Valuable knowledge of field-force applications, processes & workflows
- Ability to train teams on Mswipe processes, installation,



service and operational SOPs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in multiple regional languages
- Strong understanding of ground-level field challenges
- Willingness to travel across India
- Ability to engage, coach and motivate field teams

This role is perfect for someone who has strong field knowledge and can turn processes into simple, practical training for field teams.
