Job Responsibilities

Supply Chain / Operations
- Support day-to-day operational activities and process coordination.
- Assist in inventory, procurement, logistics, and supply-chain planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track operational performance and prepare reports.

Human Resources (HR)
- Assist with recruitment, screening, and onboarding activities.
- Support employee engagement and HR operations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.

Finance
- Assist with financial reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
- Support accounting and reconciliation activities.
- Help prepare MIS and management reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related processes.

Ideal Candidate
- MBA / PGDM graduate from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
