Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from SEBI, RBI, and other relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of company's financial transactions and ensure timely filing of reports.
- Provide secretarial support to the board meetings, AGMs, EGMs, and other corporate events.
- Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures for the NBFC.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in a similar role within an NBFC or banking industry.
- Robust understanding of capital market regulations (SEBI) and RBI guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to draft letters/reports effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
