Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead corporate HR operations while closely coordinating with factory HR Manager. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in HR Generalist functions along with Industrial Relations (IR), labor law compliance, and factory related HR practices. The role requires ensuring seamless HR operations across corporate and manufacturing locations while supporting business growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Generalist Functions
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exit processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
- Handle manpower planning and talent acquisition for corporate and plant requirements.
- Support leadership in performance management and succession planning.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and HR analytics.
Industrial Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Factory HR Managers on labor-related matters and workforce management.
- Provide guidance on Factory Act compliance, Standing Orders, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, and other applicable labor laws.
