Role & responsibilities:

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering freshers for multiple departments including Quality, Production, Design, Planning, and Assembly. Candidates will get hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, engineering processes, quality control, production activities, and shop floor management.
- Support production and manufacturing activities on the shop floor.
- Assist in quality inspection and documentation activities.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Support design and drafting activities using CAD software.
- Coordinate with planning, production, and stores departments.
- Assist in assembly, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain production and quality records.




- Follow safety standards and company procedures.
- Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
- Positive technical understanding and learning attitude
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Solid Edge will be an added advantage
- Basic MS Office knowledge preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Willingness to work in manufacturing/shop floor environment
- Positive attitude and adaptability
