We are looking for an Senior Test Automator to join our delivery team in Chennai. The role will act as the technical automation lead, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for a major migration programme.

Experience: Senior-level / 8+ years preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation framework architecture.
- Develop advanced test automation solutions using Ranorex / UFT / QTP and Azure DevOps.
- Develop and execute performance automation solutions using Azure DevOps Load Testing.
- Lead automated regression, equivalence, batch validation, and performance testing.
- Design reusable automation components, libraries, and utilities.




- Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines.
- Review automation code and ensure adherence to coding and automation standards.
- Troubleshoot complex automation and framework issues.
- Define automation best practices, standards, and guidelines.
- Mentor and coach automation engineers.
- Collaborate with test analysts to identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Participate in technical governance and act as the offshore automation SME.
- Support knowledge transfer and technical handover activities.
