Key Responsibilities
- Manage the 360 recruitment process from sourcing to placement and onboarding.
- Source, screen, qualify, and engage healthcare professionals across the US market.
- Recruit for clinical and allied healthcare positions, including RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, allied health, and other healthcare roles.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and submission processes.
- Understand client requirements and match qualified candidates with suitable opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Meet weekly recruitment and submission targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements




- 6+ months of US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment experience is required.
- Previous experience recruiting for US healthcare positions is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of clinical and allied healthcare staffing.
- Good understanding of the US healthcare recruitment process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Night shift availability is required.
