Responsible for the in office execution, coordination, and integration of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and related building services for high-end hospitality and large-scale integrated township and residential projects with amenities and utility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of all building services.
- Monitor MEP progress in line with project schedules and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with civil and architectural teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Perform any other duties entrusted by management based on project or organizational requirements.

Requirements
- Strong experience in hospitality/residential building services and site utility infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Jodhpur/Rajasthan-based MEP suppliers and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant MEP design software.
- Strong understanding of daily site operations and inter-trade coordination.
- Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
