About the Role

We are looking for a
Mid to Senior Odoo CRM Developer
who can own the development, implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of our Odoo CRM platform.

This is a hands-on role that combines
software development, CRM administration, sales automation, marketing automation, integrations, and reporting
. The ideal candidate understands how Sales and Marketing teams operate and can translate business requirements into scalable Odoo solutions.

You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to build a reliable CRM that automates workflows, improves productivity, and provides accurate business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Odoo CRM Development
- Own the implementation lifecycle for new CRM modules and workflows—from requirements gathering through testing, rollout, and documentation.
- Design, develop and maintain custom Odoo CRM modules using Python, XML and Odoo ORM.
- Customize CRM pipelines, sales stages,



lead scoring, and workflows.
- Develop custom views, reports, dashboards and automated actions.
- Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance and maintain system stability.
- Perform Odoo upgrades and migrations while ensuring compatibility of custom modules.
- Follow clean coding practices with proper documentation and version control.

CRM Configuration & Administration
- Configure Sales, CRM and Marketing Automation modules.
- Manage users, roles, permissions and access controls.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, duplicate management and ownership rules.
- Configure automated workflows, scheduled actions and server actions.
- Create and maintain SOPs and internal documentation.

Sales Automation
- Design and optimize Lead → MQL → SQL → Chance → Customer pipelines.
- Configure:
- Lead assignment rules
- Lead routing
- Lead scoring
- Sales funnels
- Follow-up automations
- Build dashboards for
