Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Architect and Interior Designer role based in Dausa, Rajasthan. The Architect and Interior Designer will plan, design, and detail residential and community spaces within agro-community projects, ensuring alignment with sustainable living principles and the company’s design vision.





Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural and interior layouts, selecting materials and finishes, developing mood boards, and creating 3D visualizations or renderings.

The role also involves coordinating with project managers, management, engineers, contractors, and vendors, conducting site visits, and overseeing design implementation to maintain quality and consistency.

The Architect and Interior Designer will collaborate with stakeholders to refine concepts, optimize space utilization, and enhance the overall resident experience through functional, aesthetic, and eco-friendly designs.

Qualifications
- Architectural design and planning skills, including space planning, concept development, and preparation of detailed drawings.
- Interior design capabilities, such as material and finish selection, color and lighting design, and furniture/layout planning.
