Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in real estate/construction to manage accounting, taxation, compliance, project finance, MIS, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, financial reporting, and monthly MIS.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain project-wise accounts, budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Monitor cash flows, receivables, payables, and project expenses.
- Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and tax consultants.
- Ensure compliance with applicable RERA and Companies Act requirements.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts,



variance analysis, and management reports.
- Strengthen internal controls and identify financial risks.
- Supervise the finance & accounts team.

Requirements
- Qualified CA with 3–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in real estate/construction preferred.
- Robust knowledge of taxation, project accounting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹8,602.25 - ₹41,731.70 per month
