About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is confident, curious, and eager to learn. The role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in B2B technology sales, business development, and technology consulting.

You will work closely with the Business Development and Leadership teams and get hands on exposure to the complete business development cycle, from identifying potential clients to initiating conversations, understanding requirements, following up, and supporting opportunities through closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, organizations, and new business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels




- Initiate professional communication with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant CodeRize solutions
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand and communicate solution capabilities
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, company profiles, and other business documents
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
- Maintain and update lead and chance information
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research
- Support client meetings, discussions, and business presentations
- Track ongoing opportunities and ensure timely follow ups
- Learn about new technologies and understand how they can address business requirements
