We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Faade Site Engineer to supervise faade installation and site execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that faade works are executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

The role will be based in Mumbai and may require regular travel to project sites across Pune and South India.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day faade installation activities at project sites.
- Oversee the installation and fixing of brackets, anchors, glass panels, aluminium/cladding systems, and other faade components.
- Ensure faade installation is carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
- Inspect faade works for alignment, level, plumb, dimensions, fixing accuracy, and workmanship.
- Monitor the correct application of weatherproofing, structural, and silicone sealants as specified.
- Verify site measurements and coordinate with the technical/drawing team wherever discrepancies are identified.




- Identify installation issues, technical snags, and quality deviations and ensure timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with main contractors, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and relevant documentation.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with stores, vendors, and subcontractors to avoid installation delays.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of glass, aluminium, cladding, and faade materials.
- Ensure all workers and subcontractors comply with site safety procedures, particularly for work at height, lifting, scaffolding, and access systems.
- Support project engineers and management in achieving project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
