Role Description
The Community Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves overseeing online and offline communities, moderating discussions, and ensuring an inclusive, engaging environment for founders and entrepreneurial members. The Community Manager will design and execute community initiatives, such as events, webinars, and online campaigns,
to drive member participation and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to member inquiries, collecting feedback, collaborating with marketing and product teams on community content, and tracking key engagement metrics. The person in this role will also identify potential partnerships, support onboarding of new members, and continuously refine community guidelines and processes.
Qualifications
- Community engagement and management skills, including experience moderating online groups and facilitating discussions.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact with diverse stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.
- Experience planning and coordinating events or virtual meetups, with basic familiarity in using community and collaboration tools.
