Overall responsibilities and duties: Nil Carry out pre-processing, simulation setup, post-processing & report preparation as per the requirement Technical report preparation and presentation to development team Support draft of the design considering NVH Validate the design for NVH targets Work actively in the extended product development core team Support and provide simulation results for measurement and testing & update the NVH simulation based on measurement and test results Provide design solutions and recommendations for development of exhaust designs from acoustics perspective Maintain, track quality & on time delivery metrics for all work requests of self Quality review of the simulations executed by NVH engineers Identify and share the lessons learned and best practices Support in preparation of training plan, execute trainings, measure effectiveness Prioritizing quality and delivery failures, performing Line QRCI to identify root causes Preparing preventive and corrective actions plan to address the root causes derived from Line QRCi
