Mishikas Electronics is looking for energetic, confident and customer-focused Sales Executives / Sales Persons to join our sales team in Karnal.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their requirements, explaining electronic products, generating sales and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Attend customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers and benefits.
- Recommend suitable electronic products according to customer needs and budget.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Generate new customer leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and pending sales.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory and delivery teams.
- Maintain proper knowledge of products, features, pricing and offers.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom/display area is maintained.




- Handle customer queries and coordinate for resolution of complaints.
- Maintain daily sales records and customer follow-up reports.
- Support promotional activities and other sales initiatives as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate candidates are preferred.
- Post Graduate candidates may also apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in electronics, retail, showroom or consumer durable sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales may also apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and customer-friendly personality.
- Robust sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of electronic products will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
