Capere AI is building growth infrastructure specifically for CPA firms.We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the client experience from onboarding through ongoing success.

You'll work directly with U.S. CPA firm owners, lead onboarding and walkthrough calls, help clients get value from the platform, coordinate with our technical/growth teams, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

We're looking for someone who:
- Communicates confidently and naturally in English
- Is comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
- Is highly organized and proactive
- Can explain technology in easy business terms
- Is comfortable learning SaaS, CRM, AI, and automation tools
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions

You don't need to be a developer, CPA, or SEO expert.

You need to be great with people, great at following through, and hungry to learn.

Remote | Early-stage AI SaaS | Direct access to the founding team

Pay: ₹21,748.79 - ₹51,257.23 per month
