Job Summary

Navjyoti Chemicals is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Social Media Marketing & Calling Executive to manage our digital presence, generate business enquiries, and handle customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, product content and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives, product catalogues and marketing material.
- Generate leads through social media and online platforms.
- Monitor engagement, enquiries and campaign performance.
- Maintain and update company/product information online.

Calling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business enquiries.




- Follow up with leads received through IndiaMART, website, social media and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
- Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Comfortable making customer calls and follow-ups.
- Good MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Creative, confident and presentable.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, chemicals, industrial products or digital marketing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
