Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can turn strategy into visual impact.

At Childcare Marketing Group, we help childcare centers and early education businesses attract more families, strengthen their brands, and grow. Our creative work is not decoration — it is a critical part of how our clients communicate, compete, and generate results.

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will take ownership of visual execution across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work from concept through completion, translating marketing strategies and campaign objectives into creative that is compelling, commercially-minded, and built to perform.

This is not a role for someone who simply waits for a brief and follows instructions.

We want a designer who can think, challenge, create, refine, and raise the creative standard. Someone who understands that outstanding design combines creativity with strategy, knows how to work at speed without sacrificing quality, and has the confidence to own projects from beginning to end.

You will work across multiple projects, brands,



and formats while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistently delivering work that clients are proud to put their name behind.

Compensation
