*Roles and Responsibility*




- Lead the in-house team of Design Managers and Design Leads across the cities - Take responsibility for the creative vision and implementation of the latest design trends to enhance the customer experience.
- Identification of the flaws in the process and propose solutions.
- End to end ownership of the Design team PnL.
- Tracking the productivity and utilization of the design cohorts and ensuring that targets for each cohort are achieved month on month.
- Handling customer escalations, suggesting solutions and working closely with the Design Managers to gather customer feedback and improve the NPS.
- Reducing TATs for the design phase by closely monitoring the reasons for delay while ensuring the customer experience is top-notch.
