Hirely is recruiting on behalf of a hiring partner for a remote Hindi Music & Lyrics Expert opportunity
supporting the evaluation and improvement of generative music AI models. You'll use your knowledge of
Hindi music, songwriting, lyrics, and cultural language nuances
to evaluate AI-generated music and lyrics against detailed quality standards.

What You'll Do:
- Evaluate AI-generated lyrics across different Hindi music genres.
- Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs to identify similarities.
- Assess lyrics for
quality, creativity, originality, and prompt adherence
.
- Evaluate whether lyrics sound natural and culturally appropriate.
- Identify issues with Hindi
word choice, slang, expressions, and regional language nuances
.
- Apply your understanding of the Hindi music scene to provide accurate evaluations.
- Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and provide consistent feedback.

Who We're Looking For:
- Native or near-native Hindi proficiency
.
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
- Experience as a
songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer,



or music journalist
.
- Solid knowledge of the
Hindi music scene
.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical listening skills.
- Access to headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Nice to Have:
- Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
- Credited or published songwriting work.
- Broad familiarity with contemporary Hindi genres, sub-genres, and artists.

Compensation & Engagement:
- $14-$42/hour
- Remote contractor opportunity
- Flexible schedule
- Typically around
20 hours/week
- Project duration of
up to 6 months
- Immediate start
