About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Executive – Business & Contracts to support Medijourn across day-to-day legal and commercial requirements.

The role will work closely with internal teams, hospitals, partners, and vendors to ensure that contracts, documentation and legal requirements are handled efficiently and closed within timelines.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable managing multiple matters at the same time, has strong attention to detail and understands how to balance legal requirements with business needs.

What You Will Own
- Draft, review and coordinate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs and other business documents.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from drafting and review through negotiation support, execution and renewals.
- Coordinate with hospitals, partners, vendors and internal teams for required legal documentation and closure.
- Support partner onboarding from a legal and documentation perspective.
- Track pending agreements, renewals, amendments,



signatures and other legal requirements.
- Work with internal teams to understand business and commercial requirements and ensure they are appropriately captured in agreements.
- Identify contractual risks and flag matters requiring management or legal counsel intervention.
- Coordinate with external lawyers on matters requiring specialist legal advice.
- Maintain an organised contract repository and legal tracker, with explicit status and timelines.
- Support the business with day-to-day legal queries, notices, documentation and other legal requirements.
- Ensure legal documentation and processes are followed consistently across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate, commercial or business legal roles.
- LLB degree is mandatory.
- Good understanding of commercial contracts and contract review.
- Strong drafting and written communication skills.
