We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Road Work to supervise day-to-day road construction activities, coordinate workers and machinery, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily road construction and site activities.
- Coordinate workers, operators, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor road work such as earthwork, subgrade, WMM, GSB, laying, drainage, and paving activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Check materials, manpower, equipment, and site requirements.
- Monitor work progress and report daily updates to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and machinery.
- Maintain quality and safety standards at the worksite.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.




- Maintain basic site records, measurements, and daily work reports.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in road construction/site supervisor.
- Knowledge of road construction activities and site procedures.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of site measurements and documentation.
- Ability to work outdoors and manage site responsibilities effectively.
- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
