- Strategy and leadership: Define and execute the bank-wide analytics strategy aligned to business objectives (customer acquisition, deposit mobilisation, lending growth, risk reduction, revenue optimisation); present analytics roadmap and KPIs to the Executive Committee and Board.
- Data platform and engineering: Partner with IT to design and operate a reliable, secure, and scalable data platform and pipelines (ingestion, storage, staged/curated layers, metadata), ensure single customer view and near‑real-time capabilities where needed
- Advanced analytics & products: Deliver predictive and prescriptive models for credit scoring, collections, propensity, churn, pricing, lifetime value, fraud detection, and personalization; drive A/B testing and uplift measurement
- Model governance & validation: Own model lifecycle (development, documentation, validation, performance monitoring, periodic recalibration), ensure compliance with RBI model risk management expectations and internal policies
- Regulatory & risk reporting: Support statutory and supervisory reporting requirements with accurate analytics inputs, maintain audit-ready model documentation and reproducibility, and respond to regulatory/inspection queries
