Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Drive product discovery through customer engagement, market research, competitive intelligence, and data-driven insights.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in Financial Services, Lending, Analytics, and AI.
- Define success metrics and business outcomes for product initiatives.
- Influence executive stakeholders and leadership teams through strategic product recommendations.

Lending & Financial Services Product Leadership
- Understanding of lending and credit lifecycle solutions including customer onboarding, underwriting, credit decisioning, loan origination, servicing, collections, and portfolio management.
- Translate complex lending business processes into scalable product capabilities.
- Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and define creative product solutions.
- Develop deep expertise in regulatory, risk, compliance, and operational requirements within lending ecosystems.





Enterprise & B2B Product Management
- Manage enterprise-grade products serving large financial institutions and business customers.
- Lead customer discovery sessions, executive workshops, and solution definition engagements.
- Balance strategic platform investments with customer-specific requirements.
- Drive prioritization decisions based on customer value, revenue impact, market opportunity, scalability, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and Consulting teams to support product adoption and growth.

AI Product Development
- Define and deliver AI-powered product capabilities leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation.
- Identify high-value AI use cases that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
